Glasgow Legal Theory (GLT) is one of the largest academic units in Europe and the UK dedicated to research and teaching in legal theory broadly construed. Based at the University of Glasgow, we engage with the foundational, political, and doctrinal aspects of the law in a critical key, seeking to generate well-defined research that sets the agenda for a philosophically demanding and politically progressive understanding of contemporary law.
